To remove the fan assembly, complete the following steps:
1.Prepare the computer for disassembly.
2.Remove the palmrest cover with touch pad.
3.Remove the heatspreader.
4.Remove the keyboard.
5.Remove the display panel assembly.
6.Remove the hard drive.
7.Remove the Upper CPU cover.
8.Pull the fan back from the chassis slot and disconnect the fan cable from the connector on the system board.
