The HP LaserJet 3390/3392 AiO features a 120 fax number speed-dial capacity, with up to 119 group-dials, and eight one-touch control panel buttons (plus six additional selections using the Shift button). The product also features fax forwarding, delayed sending, ring detection, fax polling, broadcasting to up to 119 locations, auto fax reduction, junk barrier, PC interface, and auto redialing. You can use the control panel or HP ToolboxFX to configure fax settings and program the Fax Phonebook speed-dial and group-dial entries. Two RJ-11 ports allow flexibility: the first connects the product to your telephone line, and the second connects a telephone, caller-ID box, or computer modem.

Automatic language switching ensures that the appropriate printer language is used for each job.
