You have an AC power adapter connected to the camera, but it is not connected to a power source.
When you have an AC adapter connected to the camera, the camera does not use battery power even if the adapter is not connected to a power source. If you want to use battery power, disconnect the AC adapter from the camera. If you want to use AC power, connect the AC adapter to a working electrical outlet.
