library navigation: select vs. play

The SEL and Play buttons have separate but overlapping functions. When any category is highlighted:

■SEL displays a list of all the items in that category

■Play plays all the music in that category

For example, if you press SEL while a genre is highlighted, the tracks within that genre will be listed. If you press Play while the genre is highlighted, all the tracks within that genre will play.

At the lowest level — track titles — SEL works just like Play: it plays the listed music, beginning with the highlighted track.
