3Disconnect the power and data cables from the back of the drive.
4Pull the drive out through the front of the chassis.

1If you are replacing the existing hard disk drive, remove it. See “Removing the Primary Hard Disk Drive” on page 10.
2Slide the hard disk drive partway into the front of the chassis.
