5. Secure tank struts (8 & 9) to pole as shown.
Rotate struts down and bend struts outward to line up with holes on base (1) as shown. Secure free ends of tank struts to tank with carriage bolt (20), washer (17), and nut (23) as shown. Repeat for other side.
