Carefully position system on its side, and secure bottom of pole to tank as shown, a deep socket is recommended. Upright system.
NOTE: Keep unnecessary pressure off of the pole assembly when in this position. Two people recommended for this step.

10. Loosen hardware on collar (10) and secure struts (20) to collar (10) as shown and tighten.
NOTE: Final adjustments to collar may need to be made. Refer to Step 32.
