2.2 Powering On
1. Connect the power cord of the Set-Top Box to a wall outlet.
2. Power on by pressing POWER ( )button on the Remote Control.
2.3 Configuration of the Set-Top Box
Since the process of configuring the Set-Top Box involves certain Network parameters,
you are requested to get the same carried out by your Cable Operator / nearest Area Office
personnel.
INPUT
Connect your CATV line to the CABLE IN socket on the Set-Top Box for receiving cable
services.
OUTPUT
• RF Output
Connect a cable from the CABLE OUT connector of the Cable Set-Top Box to the RF (Tuner) input
of the Television using a F toTV cord.
• Base-band Output
For best picture quality, it is recommended to use the A/V outputs of the Cable Set-Top Box.
• RCAA/V Cable are connected as in the figure above. Please note the polarity for Left & Right
audio channel is correctly connected.
