3 • Installing the Blade Irons

3-1. Turn the fan upside down. Use the ceiling fan package to support the fan while assembling the blade irons.

3-2. Loosen all of the blade iron assembly screws. Do not completely remove the screws.

3-3. Remove and discard all of the shipping blocks.

3-4. Slide the blade iron under the switch housing plate, aligning the two notches with the two blade iron assembly screws.

3-5. To engage the blade iron fully, pull the blade forward under the loosened blade iron assembly screws.

3-6. Securely tighten the blade iron assembly screws.

3-7. Repeat until all blade irons are assembled.
