PROBLEM OR CONCERN

POSSIBLE CAUSE

SOLUTION

Wand is malfunctioning

Test wand to ensure that it is not malfunctioning.

Gun is not operating properly

Remove Wand from the Gun and squeeze trigger to

ensure that the water is coming out of the front of the

Gun at a rate equal to the Garden Hose.

Wand - Attaching

To attach the Wand apply some moderate

downward pressure on the Wand (In the direction

of the trigger) while simultaneously twisting the

wand a 1/4 of a turn counterclockwise. (It may

help if you set the gun vertically on a flat surface

with the wand pointing upwards).

The two tabs on the end of the Wand must slide

all the way in before the Wand will twist and

lock.

If this does not work remove the o-ring from

the end of the wand and attach it without the

o-ring. If the wand attaches, you will need to

replace the o-ring.
