Plug the AC cord into a wall outlet
Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm the outlet is working. Test any switches that may control the outlet
Make sure connector cable from subwoofer to receiver is connected properly
Make sure the dock insert is the proper fit for your iPod
Remove your iPod from the dock and check for obstruction on the connectors in the dock and on your iPod. Then reseat it in the dock.
Battery Low icon | Batteries are weak | Replace with new batteries |
