STEP 3 (See Diagram 3)
A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Support (#5). Secure it with one M10 x 2 3/8” Hex Bolt (#21), one Ø ¾” Washer (#31), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#27).
B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#13) half way through the holes on the Leg Developer. C.) Push four Foam Rolls (#12) onto the Foam Tubes.
D.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#16) to the Arm Curl Stand (#17). Secure it with two M8 x ¾” Hex Bolts (#37) and two Ø 5/8” Washers (#26).
E.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the opening on Front Post and use the Lock Knob (#39) to obtain desired height for Arm Curl exercise.
