Charging your iPod®

The iPod® is charged while it is set on your shelf system and your shelf system is powered on.

•Make sure the AC adapter is connected to your shelf system.

•The iPod® is charged regardless of the sound source selected on your shelf system.

•See the iPod® instruction manual about the details of iPod® charging.

Notes

•The connector plug is protected with a cover when it is first purchased. Please remove the cover before operating the shelf system.

•Do not carry the shelf system with your iPod® connected. You might drop it and damage to the connector.

•Do not touch or hit the iPod® terminal pins or the connector pins directly. It might cause damage to the connector part.

•If the iPod® does not play correctly, please update your iPod® software to the latest version. - For details about updating your iPod®, check on the Apple web site:

Playing a USB device

To play a USB device:

1Plug the USB device into the USB port on the top of your shelf system.

2Press STANDBY/ON to turn on your shelf system.

3Turn on the USB device, if necessary.

4Press the SOURCE button to select USB. The USB device automatically starts playback when it is selected.
