Solution

Check all cable connections.

Make sure that your TV is turned on.

Check the volume level and mute setting.

Check the color control and adjust it.

Check the program’s color features because it may be a black and white movie.

Make sure that the antenna is installed correctly. If not, adjust the antenna towards the broadcasting station.

Check the antenna and its connection. If there are problems, correct them. If all connections are tight, the problem may be with a faulty antenna or cable.

Check car traffic or neon signs that may disrupt the image.

Check for interference from other electronic devices, such as radios and televisions, and keep magnetic or electronic devices away from your TV.

A long broadcast distance or interference from radio waves can cause bad sound reception. Try changing the mode to Mono.

Remove obstacles between the remote control and the remote control sensor on the front of your TV.

Point the remote control at your TV’s remote control sensor.

Install fresh batteries.

Check the resolution and frequency of your computer, and adjust it to the optimum resolution for your TV: 1360 × 768 at 60Hz (NS-19E430A10 ) or 1920 × 1080 at 60Hz (NS-22E430A10 ).

Make sure that the cable is firmly connected to the computer and TV.

Adjust the phase control.

Adjust the horizontal control.

A few bright or dark dots on an LCD screen are normal. It does not affect the operation of your TV.
