JENN-AIR, will repairor replace,at its option,any clothes washerwhich evidences, withinthewarranty period, a defect in material or

workmanship.

LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Fifth Years

Duringtheperiod beginningwiththeexpirationofthe two-yearpartswarranty and continuingthroughthefifthyearafterthedateoforiginal

purchasebya consumer,JENN-AIR will:

1. Repair or replace any part of the outer washer cabinet that has failed due to complete rust-through due to defective material or

workmanship.

2. Repairor replacethe electronic control that has failed as a result of defectivematerial or workmanship.

Ownerwill payfor mileage, and/or transportation, if required for service,and all labor costs.

LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Tenth Years

Duringthe period beginning with the expiration of the two year parts warranty and continuing through the tenth year after date of original

purchasebya consumer, JENN-AIR, will:

Repairor replaceany part of thetransmission that has failed as a result of defective material or workmanship.

Ownerwill pay for mileage, and /or transportation, if required for service, and alllabor costs.

LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Twenty-Second Years

Duringtheperiodbeginningwiththeexpirationofthe two year partswarranty and continuingthroughthetwenty-secondyearafterdateof

originalpurchasebya consumer,JENN-AIR, will:

Repairor replaceany innerandouterwashtub thathasfailed as a result ofdefectivematerial orworkmanship.

JENN-AIR'SOBLIGATIONS UNDERTHISWARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TOANY MALFUNCTIONOROTHER PROBLEMCAUSED

BY:1. Unreasonable use, such as but not limitedto:

(a) Improper setting of controls (see Useand Care Manual).

(b) Improperinstallation including failure to conform to local electrical codes.

2. Circumstances not attributable to a defect in material or workmanship.

3.Parts notcovered by the limited warranty,during the limited warranty period.

4. Unauthorized repair, alteration, modification or adjustment.

iN NO EVENT SHALL JENN-AIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON AS

A RESULTOF ANY BREACHOF THIS WARRANTY ORANY IMPLIED WARRANTY UNLESSHEREIN OTHERWISE PROVIDED. SOME

STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LiMiTATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,SO THE ABOVE
