Elevating meat off of the dish will prevent the bottom and side from beginningto cook.

6.After _/3the defrost time, check the food. You maywish to turn over, break apart, rearrange or removethawed portions of the food.
7.During defrost (weight or time), the oven will prompt you to turn the food over. At thispoint,openovendoorandcheckthe food. Followthe techniqueslistedbelow for optimum defrost results. Then, close oven door, touch Start Pad to complete defrosting.
