Description of Each Setting

	Repeat Playback
HDD	For setting the repeat playback mode of titles, chapters, etc.
DVD -RAM	OFF	Plays back normally.
-RW-VR
-RW-VIDEO	ALL REPEAT	The entire disc is played back repeatedly.
-R-VR
-R-VIDEO	TITLE REPEAT	The current title is played back repeatedly.
-VIDEO
V-CD	CHAPTER REPEAT	The current chapter is played back repeatedly.
CD	TRACK REPEAT	The current track is played back repeatedly.
JPEG
MP3

0ACHAPTER REPEATB and ATRACK REPEATB are not available for DVD discs.

0For HDD, only ATITLE REPEATB is available.

0In the case of MP3/JPEG, AALL REPEATB becomes AFOLDER REPEATB.

0When Video CD/Super Video CD is played back with the PBC function, setting is not possible.

		A-B Repeat Playback

		For setting the start and end point for repeat playback of a desired segment.
HDD
DVD -RAM		A	Start point.
-RW-VR
-RW-VIDEO		B	End point.
-R-VR
-R-VIDEO		After selecting the menu, press ENTER during playback.
-VIDEO		Each time you press ENTER, setting is set in order of start point, end point and cancelling repeat
V-CD
CD		mode.

0The duration between point A and point B must be more than 3 seconds.

0Setting is possible only within the same title or track.

0If the track is changed before the end point is set, the start point will be cancelled.

0For DVD Video discs that do not contain time information, setting is not possible.

	Search Playback
	Specify the number and play back.
HDD
DVD -RAM	TITLE SEARCH	Specify a title number.
-RW-VR
-RW-VIDEO	CHAPTER SEARCH	Specify a chapter number.
-R-VR
-R-VIDEO	GROUP SEARCH	Specify a group number.
-VIDEO	TRACK SEARCH	Specify a track number.
V-CD
CD
	A number entry box appears when the menu is selected. Enter using the Number Keys.
JPEG
MP3	Play back using ENTER.

0AGROUP SEARCHB and ATRACK SEARCHB are not available for DVD discs.

0For HDD, only ACHAPTER SEARCHB is available.

0ATRACK SEARCHB is only available for audio CD, Video CD and Super Video CD.

0When Video CD/Super Video CD is played back with the PBC function, setting is not possible.

	Time Search Playback
	Starts playback from the specified time.
HDD
	Specify the elapsed time from the beginning of a programme (HDD and DVD discs) or a disc
DVD -RAM
-RW-VR	(CDs).
-RW-VIDEO	TIME	Specify the elapsed time.
-R-VR
-R-VIDEO
	A time entry box appears when the menu is selected. Enter using the Number Keys. To enter 12
