Check the Results

Make sure that all necessary stations have been stored in the VCR’s memory by using the ^and &buttons.

If station names (ID — ￿pg. 21) have also been stored in the VCR’s memory, the station name will be displayed on the TV screen.

IMPORTANT

•re-running setup Plug&Play Setup may not behave as described if it has already been run on the VCR. This is because some of the information gathered on the first Plug&Play Setup is retained in memory and that part of the process may be skipped by the VCR.

•duplicate stations You may be able to receive the same station from two different transmitters in which case Plug&Play Setup will detect and store both. It is normal for one transmitter to give you a better quality picture than the other; to delete those stations which have a poor picture ￿Delete A Channel on page 19.

•manual station setting If any of the above problems occur, refer to

page 19 to input station names (￿Change Station Name). You can also change station preset positions (￿pg. 20, Change Station Preset Position).
