Operating Other Manufacturers’ Video Equipment
To change the transmission signals for operating a VCR
1Press and hold STANDBY/ON 
VCR.
2Press VCR.
3Enter manufacturer’s codes using buttons 1 – 9, and 0.
4Release STANDBY/ON 
VCR.
Now, you can perform the following operations on the VCR.

| Change the channels. |

After pressing VCR, you can perform the following operations on the VCR:
To change the transmission signals for operating a DVD player
1Press and hold STANDBY/ON 
DVD.
2Press DVD.
3Enter manufacturer’s codes using buttons 1 – 9, and 0.
4Release STANDBY/ON 
DVD.
Now, you can use the following buttons on the DVD player.
3Start playback.
7Stop playback.
¢Skip to the beginning of the next chapters.
4Return to the beginning of the current (or previous) chapters.
8 Pause playback. To release, press 3.

FF | Fastwind a tape. |

REW | Rewind a tape. |

7 | Stop playback or recording. |
|
|
8 | Pause playback. To release, press 3. |

REC PAUSE Press this button to enter recording pause.
Then press 3 to start recording.

After pressing DVD, you can use the following buttons for DVD menu operations:

When your VCR turns on or off, you have entered the correct codes.
If more than one code is listed for your brand of VCR,
try each one until the correct one is entered.
