OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Falling asleep to a CD

The Sleep function can be used with a CD for up to 1 hour, 59 minutes.

1.Slide the FM ST./FM/AM Switch to CD.

2.Slide the ON/OFF/AUTO/BUZZ Switch to BUZZ or AUTO.

3.Press the SLEEP button. The display will show 59 minutes, the word “SLEEP” will appear on the LCD screen, and the CD will begin playback.

4.Press and hold the SLEEP and MINUTE buttons down at the same time for time to count down. When the desired time for the player to turn off is displayed on the screen, release the buttons.

5.Press the SLEEP and MINUTE buttons down together to change the setting to 1 hour, 59 minutes.

6.To turn off the CD before playback time has ended, press the ALARM SLEEP OFF button.
