BEFORE FIRST USE

•Clean the grill and all the accessories (Cf. "Cleaning and care"). It is recommended to heat up the grill for about 10 minutes without any foodstuff in order to eliminate the grease that may have adhered during manufacture and the "new" smell.
•Ventilate the room during this period.
ASSEMBLY
•Place the base of the appliance (4) on a stable surface. Seat the metallic grease collector in the base. This grease collector can be used with or without water inside. Position the grill plate (1) on the base (4).
•Plug the temperature controller (5) into the receptacle (6) on the side of the grill plate (1), by inserting its plug into the connection inlet on the appliance as deeply as possible, and make sure the temperature controller is in OFF position.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
The temperature guide below is indicative:
POSITION 1: 170°F +/- 60°F
POSITION 2: 230°F +/- 60°F
POSITION 3: 290°F +/- 60°F
POSITION 4: 350°F +/- 60°F
POSITION 5: 410°F +/- 60°F
