Crispy Potato Wedges
Oil for deep frying
6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons Italian Herbs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Preh eat oil in the deep fr yer at 170°C
for approximately 15 minu tes.
2. Was h potatoes well and cut into
wedges.
3. Pla ce potatoes, Italian He rbs and
black pepper into a pl astic bag and
toss until potatoes are wel l coated.
4. Lower ba sket into hot oil. Deep fry
potatoes for 7-10 minutes.
5. Rai se basket to drain, then s erve.
