deep fryer is in us e.

•Do not touc h hot surfaces. Use th e
handle locked into pos ition to insert
and remove the mesh fr ying basket
from the hot oil. Follow in structions
provided in this boo k.
•Ext reme caution must be u sed when
the deep fryer is fil led with hot oil or
other liquid. Do not move th e deep
fryer during cook ing and allow it to cool
before removing oil.
•At no tim e should the deep fr yer be left
unattended when i n use.
•Do not pl ace anything on top of th e
deep fryer when the l id is on, when in
use and when stored.
•Always s witch the control dial to th e off
position, switch t he deep fryer off at th e
power outlet, then unpl ug the power
cord and cool completel y, if appliance
is not in use, before clean ing, before
attempting to move the ap pliance,
disassembl ing, assembl ing and when
storing the appli ance.
•Keep the d eep fryer clean. Fol low the
