1.Turn power on
2.Check safety key secured to treadmill and clip secured to user clothing
3.Press PROGRAM button to select
4.Press ENTER to confirm
5.Use FAST or SLOW buttons to input your age
6.Press ENTER to confirm
7.Use FAST or SLOW buttons to input workout time
8.Press ENTER to confirm
9.Use FAST or SLOW buttons to input target heart rate
10.Press START to begin workout
