Keys DCV100 Treadmill KEYS FITNESS PRODUCTS, LP – LIMITED WARRANTY

PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.

This Limited Warranty applies in the United States and Canada to products manufactured or distributed by Keys Fitness Products, LP (“Keys”) under the KEYS brand name. The warranty period on the DCV100 to the original purchaser is (lifetime) on the frame, (10) years on the motor, (2) years parts, and (1) year labor.

Keys warrants that the Product you have purchased-commercial,for non personal, family, or household use from Keys or from an authorized Keys reseller is free from defectsrkmanshipin materials under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of theproofProduct,of theisdateyourof purchase. This warranty only extends to you, the original purchase

transferable to anyoneowhsubsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts. This Limited Warranty becomes VALIDreadmillONLYis assembled/installedif the t by a Keys Fitn authorized dealer/technician unless otherwise authorized by Keys itingFitness(if inanyonewr other than a Keys Fitness authorized dealer/technician assembles a Keys Fitness treadmillvoidthewarrantyunless w accompanied by written authorization by Keys Fitness).

During the warranty period Keys will at no additional,repairchargeor replace (at Keys’ option) the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails toLimitedconformWarrantywith his under normal non-commercial, personal, family or household use. In repairing the Product, Keysfectivemay replaceparts, orde at the option of Keys, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to ne performance. All exchangedparts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Keys. Keys reserves the right torschangeofany manufapartto covertur any existing warranty.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact a Keys authorized servicenor technicKeysFitnessa at our phone numbers located in this manual. Any parts determined to be defective must Keys to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxrges,associatedorany otherwithchatransportation of the parts or Product. In addition, you are re for insuring any parts or Productshipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present-ofKeys-purchasewith proofdocuments luding(inc the date of purchase). Any evidence alteration, erasing or forgery of-proofof-purchase documents will be causeidtothisvo Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from Keys or from an authorizedler.ThisKeysLimitedresel Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged o defective; (a) as a result of ent,accidmisuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Keys; (c) by modification of the Paroducand tear;o normal(d) operationwe on incorrect power supplies

(e)as a result of service by anyone other than Keys, or and Keysauthorizewarranty service provider. Product on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not erviceligible. Shouldforwarranyty s Product be submitted for warranty service be found ineligible therefore, an estimate of repairnishedcostandwillthefurrepair will be made if requested by you upon Keys’ receipt of payment or acceptable for payment.
