NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.

Connect Upright Frame (1) to Base Frame (8) using Bolt (22), Washers (19) and Nylon Lock Nut (25).

Connect Elbow Pad Support Frame (4) to Upright Frame (1) using Bolts (24), Washers (19), Large Washers (21) and Nylon Lock Nuts (25).
