Speed Attachment | Descr_iption |
1 | For slow stirring, combining, and starting all |
| mixing procedures. Use this speed to stir |
| in nuts, chocolate chips, shredded cheese, |
| onions, olives, and other chunky ingredients. |
| Helps prevent ingredients from splashing out |
| of bowl. |
2 | Mix flour and other dry ingredients with |
| liquids or other moist mixtures. |
3 | Mix pancake batter. |
4 | Combine heavy mixtures, such as cookie |
| dough. Mix light cream cheese spreads. Stir |
| batters and gelatin mixtures. |
5 | Mix muffins and quick breads. Combine heavy |
| cream cheese mixtures. Mash potatoes or |
| squash. |
6 | Mix batter breads. Blend butter and sugar. |
| Mix frostings. |
7 | Finish mixing cake and other batters. |
