The computer does
not communicate
with the camera.
■Visit www.kodak.com/go/c1013support.
■Turn on the camera (see page 2).
■Install new batteries (see page 1) or charge rechargeable batteries.
■Connect the USB cable to camera and computer port (s ee page 35).
■Install the software (see page34).
■Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install
the software (see page 34).
■Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications,
reconnect camera.
Cannot transfer
pictures.
(The Add New
Hardware Wizard
cannot locate
drivers.)
■Disconnect the USB cable. (If using camera dock or printer d ock,
disconnect cable and remove camera from dock). Close all open
applications. Re-install the software (see page34).
