Do not press the Start/Stop button if you want to simply check the condition of the bread. You can watch the baking operation through the viewing window.
Please note:
When pressing all buttons an acoustic signal must be audible, unless the appliance is in operation.
Level of browning (or Rapid modus) 
Select the browning level or switch into the Rapid modus (light/medium/dark/Rapid). Press the
Browning Level button repeatedly, until the arrow is located above the desired browning level. For the Programmes 1 - 4 you can, through repeated pres-
sing of the Browning Level button , activate the Rapid modus to shorten the baking process. Press
the Browning Level button repeatedly until the arrow appears over "Rapid". A browning level cannot be selected with the programmes 6, 7 and 11.
