3.Start-up
Insert a lightbulb
Warning:
•Always use 1 lighting element with an E14 thread and max. 25 W.
•Before inserting or replacing the lightbulb:
-Switch off the table lamp,
-pull out the plug from the power socket and
-let the desk lamp cool down completely.

➭Turn the lighting element carefully in the socket and see to it that it is properly fitted.
The lighting element is not included in the delivery.
➭Guide two of the three clips into the opening of the lamp shade.
➭Press the base of the lamp into the direction opposite to that of the third clip in order to insert it into the lamp shade (fig. 1)
➭Screw in the three supplied metal feet into the threads provided for the pur- pose at the bottom of the lamp base (fig. 2).
Setting up and switching on
➭Place the desk lamp on an even base. Keep illuminated objects at a minimum distance of 0.5 m.
➭Connect the power plug to the power socket.
➭Switch on and off the desk lamp at the switch fuse.
4. Cleaning and Care
Danger:
•Before cleaning the desk lamp:
-Switch off the desk lamp,
-pull out the plug from the power socket and
-let the desk lamp cool down completely.
•Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids while cleaning.
➭Clean the desk lamp with a dry,
To avoid causing damage to the desk lamp, never use solvents for cleaning.
5. Disposal
Do not dispose of the device in normal domestic waste.
Dispose of the device over a registered waste disposal firm or through your communal waste disposal facility. Observe the currently valid regulations. In case of doubt, consult your waste disposal facility.
Warning:
Before disposing of the appliance, you can prevent accidents to children by detaching the power plug, thus rendering it unusable.
