The control panel features two LEDs (Ready and Error) that indicate printer status and six selection keys to navigate the printer menu and cancel print jobs.

Menu/Select Button

Press the Menu/Select button to enter the configuration menu system, move down within the menu structure, and select the displayed menu choice.

Left and Right Buttons

The Left and Right buttons allow you to move left and right within the menu structure and also scroll left and right within a list of available menu choices.

Up and Down Button

The Up and Down buttons allow you to move up and down within the menu structure and scroll upward or downward through the available characters when you are in a menu choice that is changeable character by character.

Cancel Button

Use the Cancel button to cancel the currently displayed menu or menu choice. The button also allows you to cancel one or all print jobs that are currently being printed or processed.
