Connecting a computer
To connect a computer:
1Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the computer is turned off.
2Connect a VGA cable (not included) to the PC IN jack on the back of your TV and to the VGA jack on the computer.

3Connect an audio cable to the
PC/DVI AUDIO IN jack on the back of your TV and to the AUDIO OUT jack on the computer.
4Turn on your TV, then turn on the computer.
5 Press INPUT to open the Source List.
6Press

to highlight VGA, then press OK/ENTER.
Note
When the computer enters Standby mode, your TV turns off. If your TV does not turn on when you “wake” your computer, press 
(power) on your TV or remote control.

Connecting headphones
The TV speakers are muted when headphones are attached.
Warning
Loud noise can damage your hearing. When using headphones, use the lowest volume setting on your headphones that still lets you hear the sound.
To connect headphones:
•Connect headphones to the 
on the side of your TV.

Connecting a digital sound system
To connect a digital sound system:
•Connect a digital audio cable to the SPDIF jack on the side of your TV and to the digital audio jack on the amplifier.
