SELF-TIMER / REMOTE CONTROL Press the shutter-release button all-the-way down to start the timer.

•The self-timer lamp on the front of the camera will blink rapidly before the shutter is released.

•Do not press the shutter-release button while standing in front of the camera.

•If you want to take a picture with your subject outside of the focus frame, use focus hold. See Page 32.
