To return this productto Krell, please follow this procedure so that we may serveyoubetter:

1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number (R/A number) and shipping address from the Krell ServiceDepartment.

2.Insureandacceptall liability for loss of or damageto this product during ship- mentto the Krell factory andprepayall shipping charges. Please see the Warrantypagein this manual,concern- ing liability for shipping damageand shipping charges.

This product mayalso be handdelivered if arrangementswith the Service Department havebeenmadein advance.Proof of pur- chasewill be requiredfor warrantyvalida- tion at the timeof handdelivery.

IMPORTANT

Usethe original packagingto ensuresafe transit of this productto the dealer,distribu- tor, or factory. Krell may,at its discretion, return this productin newpackagingandbill the ownerfor suchpackagingif the product received by Krell wasboxedin non-stan- dardpackagingor if the original packaging wasso damagedthat it wasunusable. If Krell determines that newpackaging is required, the ownerwill be notified before this productis returned.
