To set the clock and calendar:

The current time and date are displayed and then cleared.

Type the correct two-digit hour.

[Y]for yes (PM) or

[N]for no (AM)

Type the correct two-digit minute.

Type the correct two-digit day.

Type the correct two-digit month.

Type the correct two-digit year.

Time and date are displayed.

04:24 PM 03/03/03 Time and date are printed if printer is ON.

To display/print the time and date:

CTRL +	RETURN	04:24 PM 03/03/03	Time and date are displayed.
			Time and date are printed if
RETURN		04:24 PM 03/03/03
			printer is ON.
