USE THIS UNIT'S POLARIZED PLUG WITH AN EXTENSION CORD RECEPTACLE OR OTHER OUTLETS UNLESS

THE PRONGS CAN BE FULLY INSERTED.

If a power cord is not supplied with this equipment please contact your supplier.
