Section 1: Assembly and Set-Up

Land Pride

Support Stand Adjustment

Refer to Figure 1-1on page 10:

1.Lower support stand (#1) to grade to stabilize the tiller while installing hitch assembly.

2.Secure support stand in bracket with 1/4” x 1 3/4” long wire lock pin (#8).

IMPORTANT: Before tilling, remove support stand (#1) from its support bracket, turn stand upside down and replace it through the top of the support bracket. Secure support stand in bracket with wire lock pin (#8).

Hitch Assembly

Refer to Figure 1-1:

1.Attach 3-point hitch Assembly (#2) to inside of the hitch plates with four 1/2” -13 x 1 1/4” GR5 long bolts (#4), 1/2” lockwashers (#7), and 1/2” nuts (#5).

2.Tighten hex nuts (#5) to the correct torque. Refer to Torque Values Chart on page 26 for proper torque values.

3.Tighten 3/4”-10 hex nut (#6) to the correct torque. Nut is installed on 34”-10 x 1 3/4” GR5 hex bolt.
