Make sure that the length of the 
Duplex mode: each 10/100 port (Ports 1 and 2) can detect duplex mode automatically Ð the device being connected to must support 802.3u autonegotiation for full duplex to be used; duplex mode for 10Mbps ports can be selected via switches on the back of the unit.
