TROUBLESHOOTING
>Voltage of device does not correspond with that of USB adapter (5v; 0.5A per device)
Refer to the user manual that came with your device.
>Improper connection between your device and the USB adapter.
Make sure that the USB cable has the correct plug and is properly inserted into the device and the USB adapter.
>Device is not charging
Some products require a PC or dedicated verification signal for battery charge & may need a PC to charge.
>Can not charge with car kit plug in the car
Check the in built fuse in the DC plug and replace if necessary / check ignition on or vehicle fuse.
