The dial in Figure 3 shows the tenths an d hundredths setting for
each minute. The inner circle represents regular minutes, the
middle circle represents te nths, and the outer circle represents
hundredths of a minutes.
For example:
45 minutes = .7 tenths = .75 hundredths
