Configuring Satellite Settings

The Configure Satellite menu allows you to change the

configuration settings for your installed satellites. For each

polarization, you can change the following settings:

•Frequency (either 00000 or a number between

10700 - 12700 MHz)

•Symbol Rate (01000 - 45000 Mbit/sec)

•FEC Code (1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6, 6/7, or 7/8)

•Satellite Network ID (0x0000 - 0xffff hex)

•Left-hand Circular (LHC)

•Right-hand Circular (RHC)

European satellites have four

polarizations:

•Horizontal High (HH)

•Horizontal Low (HL)

•Ver tical High (VH)
