Message Options
After displaying a numeric page, Email, or Update, press to
display the options menu.
To select an option, highlight it and press .
䊳Extract Number to extract a phone number from a message.

page 88.)
䊳Extract E-Mail to extract an email address. (See “Extracting
Email Addresses From a Message” on page 89.)
䊳Erase to delete the message.
䊳Create Folder to create a new folder to store the message.
(See “Creating Folders for Messages” on page 90.)
䊳Lock Message to save the message from being deleted when
the maximum number of stored messages has been
reached. (Locked messages display an “@” symbol before
the message.)
䊳Read Again to display the message.
䊳Exit to return to the main menu.
Extracting Phone Numbers From a Message
After you display a message, press to display
message options.
To extract a phone number contained in the message:
1. Highlight Extract Number and press . All the phone
numbers contained in the message are displayed. (If there
are no phone numbers to extract from the message, the
following message displays: “There is nothing to extract.”)
2. Highlight the number you wish to extract and press .
3. To select an option, highlight it and press .
䊳Call to dial the phone number.
䊳Save to save the phone number in your Internal Phone
Book. (See “Internal Phone Book Entry Options” on
page 59.)
䊳Next Number to display the next phone number contained
in the message (if applicable).
