ICE Contact Assigned is displayed.

Enter information not stored in your Contacts List.

6.The generic Contact label changes to the specified name.

7.Entering I.C.E. Personal

Information

1.Unlock the screen by touching

or pressing the Unlock Key ( ) on the left side of your

phone, then touch Menu to access the menu.

2.Touch the Contacts icon .

3.Touch In Case of Emergency.

4.Touch Personal Info.

5.Touch one of the Note entries.

6.Enter information that would be helpful in an emergency (e.g., your medical record number), then touch SAVE or DONE .

8. My Name Card

Allows you to view all of your own Contact information including name, phone numbers, and email address.

phone, then touch Menu to access the menu.

2.Touch the Contacts icon .

3.Touch My Name Card.

4.Touch EDIT .

5.Enter your information as necessary, then touch SAVE .
