Software (Firmware Upgrade)
Software
You can update the player using the latest software to enhance the products operation and/or add new features. To download the new firmware, please visit (www.lg.com or www.lgservice.com).

Connect the USB storage drive with downloaded new firmware.
Place the firmware file in the root directory. Ex) D:\, E:\

Move to [OTHERS] → [Software] → [Update] and then press [OK].

The player will check for the newest update. If newer version exists, the popup message appears. Select [OK] to download the update.
(Selecting [Cancel] will end the update.)

When update is completed, power will turn off automatically. Turn the power back on. The system now operates with the new version.
· Do not turn off the power during the software update.
Press [HOME] or [RETURN] to exit menu or cancel the selection.
