La máquina de hielo deja de producir hielo cuando se llena el reservorio de hielo. Si necesita más hielo, vacíe el reservorio de hielo en el recipiente de hielo extra del congelador para que la máquina de hielo pueda seguir produciendo hielo.

Sacuda el reservorio de hielo de vez en cuando para nivelar el hielo. A veces el hielo se apila cerca de la máquina de hielo, y ésta interpreta que hay suficiente hielo y detiene la producción.

Presione en el pestillo con firmeza donde se señala para cerrar la puerta del reservorio de hielo; hará un “clic” cuando se cierre por completo.

NOTA: Guardar latas u otros elementos en el reservorio de hielo puede dañar la máquina de hielo.

Mantenga la puerta del reservorio de hielo bien cerrada. Si el reservorio de hielo no se cierra bien, el aire frío del mismo congelará los alimentos del refrigerador. Esta también podría provocar que la máquina de hacer hielo deje de producirlo.

NOTA: Si el interruptor On/Off de la heladera permanece en Off (apagado) durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo, el compartimento de hielo se calentará gradualmente, hasta alcanzar la temperatura del refrigerador. Para quitar el reservorio de hielo en la puerta, tome la manija frontal, levante un poco la parte inferior, y lentamente saque el recipiente como puede verse.
