Renaming commands

The command names in your Harmony 900 may not always be the way you want them. You can rename any command in your Harmony 900 remote so that it makes sense to you.

To rename a command in an Activity, go to your account in the Harmony Remote Software:

1.Select the Activities tab.

2.Click Customize Buttons.

3.Select the Soft Buttons tab.

4.Enter the new name of the command in the Button column for any buttons you want to rename.

5.When you are finished, click Done.

To rename a command in device mode, go to your account in the Harmony Remote Software:

1.Select the Devices tab.

2.Click Settings for the device whose command you want to rename.

3.Click Customize Buttons.

4.Select Soft Buttons tab.

5.Enter the new name of the command in the Button column for any buttons you want to rename.

6.When you are finished, click Done.

To add an icon to a command an Activity go to your account in the Harmony Remote Software:

1.Select the Activities tab.

2.Select Customize Buttons.

3.Select Soft Buttons.

4.Select the Select Image button for the command you want an icon attached to. It will appear in same row to the far right.

5.Select Done when you’re finished.
