Battery Usag e CAUTIO N - To prevent battery l eaka ge th at m ay result in bodily inju ry, property damage, or damag e to the uni t:

Install all batteries co rrectly, wit h + and - aligned as ma rked on th e uni t.

Do not m ix batteries (old and new or carbon and alkaline, etc.)

Remove batteries w hen t he unit is not used for a long time

Note to the CATV system installer : This reminder is provided to ca ll the CATV system insta llers attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for proper grounding and, i n particular specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical.
