1.8ASRock DVI_DisplayPort Card Specifications

DisplayPort is a digital display interface standard put forth by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA). It defines a new license-free, royalty-free, state-of-the- art digital audio/video interconnect, and it is intended to be used primarily between a computer and its display monitor, or a computer and a home-theater system.

ASRock DVI_DisplayPort Card is based on PCI Express x16 interface, and it supports all mandatory features of DisplayPort version 1.1 specifications and the following optional features:

-Equipped with one DVI-D connector and one DisplayPort connector

-Mode support up to 1920x1200@60Hz (WUXGA) for DVI-D and 2560x1600@60Hz (WQXGA) for DisplayPort and 1080p@60Hz

-Supports the Auxiliary Channel (AUX CH)

-Open standard supported by VESA, royalty and license free

-Compatible with HDMI via DVI to HDMI dongle

-Scalable lanes (1, 2, or 4 diff. pairs) unidirectional, RGB, YCbCr444

-(ANSI) 8b/10b encoding

-Fixed Link Speeds: 2.7Gbps or 1.62Gbps

-Supports HDCP function
