4.11 Fare il cappuccino con la lancia vapore
• Press the STEAM ( ), key to switch on the steam/hot water
boiler. The message “ON” will appear on the display under the
word “STEAM”.

• Place the cup of milk under the coffee delivery spout and make
an espresso or large coffee, as described in paragr. 4.6.
The machine is normally supplied with a device installed
for making cappuccino. If you wish to install the vapour jet
supplied, follow the instructions described in paragraph
6.8.

La machine est fournie avec un dispositif de série pour la
préparation des cappuccinos. Si vous souhaitez installer
la lance vapeur fournie, suivre les instructions reportées

des Dampfhahns

SCHLIEßEN SIE DEN DAMPFKNOPF NACH DEM SCHÄ-
UMEN DER MILCH STETS WIEDER.
•
Stellen Sie die Kaffeetasse unter die Kaffeeausflussöffnung und
machen Sie einen Espresso Kaffee oder Verlängerter Kaffee, wie
in Paragraph 4.6 beschrieben wurde.
Die Maschine wird mit einer Vorrichtung zur Cappuccino-
Bereitung geliefert, die serienmä§ig eingebaut ist. Falls Sie
das mitgelieferte Dampfstrahlrohr installieren möchten,
befolgen Sie bitte die in Abschnitt 6.8. angegebenen
Anweisungen.
•
Schalten Sie den Wassererhitzer für die Dampf-/Heißwasserproduktion
an indem Sie die Tasten DAMPF drücken
( ),
auf dem Display
erschein nun unter dem Wort DAMPF das Wort ON.
• Warten Sie nun, bis statt “ON” das Wort “BEREIT” erscheint (es
werden zwei akustische Signale ausgegeben).
• Tauchen Sie den Hahn L in die Milch ein und öffnen Sie langsam
den Dampfknopf 4.
Nun wird die Milch erhitzt, wobei auch Schaum entsteht.
• Attendez que l’indication “ON” soit remplacée par “PRET” (deux
signaux sonores seront émis).
• Plongez la buse L dans le lait et ouvrez graduellement le robinet
de la vapeur 4. Le réchauffement du lait produira aussi beaucoup
de mousse.
• Wait until the word READY appears in place of “ON” (an acoustic
signal will be emitted).
• Immerse the nozzle L into the milk and gradually open the steam
tap 4 so that the milk is heated and a certain amount of froth is
made.

• Press the STOP ( ) key if you wish to switch off the steam/hot
water heater (the message “OFF”” will appear on the display under
the word “STEAM”).

Always clean the steam nozzle as described in par.
“HOW TO CLEAN THE STEAM NOZZLE”.

vapeur/eau chaude (l’indication “OFF” s’affichera sous l’indication
“VAPEUR”).
ATTENTION!
Nettoyez toujours la buse de la vapeur comme
décrit dans le paragraphe “6.6 Nettoyage de la buse
vapeur”.

• Drücken Sie die STOP-Taste ( ) wenn der Dampf-/
Heißwasserbereich abgeschaltet werden soll (unter dem Wort
“DAMPF” erscheint dann das Wort “OFF”).

Reinigen Sie den Dampfhahn 8 stets so, wie in
Paragraph “REINIGUNG DES DAMPFHAHNS”
beschrieben.
