No audio out on TV via HDMI is connected.	Ensure in Audio Setup the SPDIF OUTPUT is set to SPDIF PCM.
No multichannel signal on AV receiver while	Ensure in Audio Setup the SPDIF OUTPUT is set to SPDIF RAW.
